(1) Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioner will be provided with one motor with driver, one hundred liters of fuel per month and five liters of lubricant per quarter by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The Chief Information Commissioner and the Information Commissioner who use their private motor will provide one light vehicle driver, one hundred liters of fuel per month and five liters of lubricant per quarter by the Government of Nepal.
(3) Arrangements for regular maintenance and upkeep of the government motor provided as per sub-rule (1) will be made by the commission.
(4) In the event that vehicles are not arranged according to sub-rule (1) or (2), Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioner will be given fifteen thousand rupees and twelve thousand rupees respectively on a monthly basis for vehicle and fuel facilities.
